We aim to raise awareness and help people commit by reconnecting them to food and the environment, and challenging them to reconsider food and its waste.
Our mission is to reconnect people with good, sustainable food. We believe in a circular economy and say NO TO FOOD WASTE! We make unique, handcrafted food preserves with rescued fruits and vegetables. Not only that, but we prevent our own waste by upcycling our by-products into surprising and delicious new creations. We respect food’s ancestral and educational values which we love to share through empowering workshops, community dinners and new food experiences.
