Who will be your customers?
Overarching group are people that take daily medications. It’s a constant hassle for these people to sort their medication, remember to take them, and refill prescriptions on time
Specifically, there are 2 groups: 60+ people that are part of associations and guardians. There we collaborate with their helpers to ensure the users get the best experience
35y+ people: more tech savvy, these are the first adopters and can be reached through digital marketing
How will you make money?
Patient pays nothing extra
Current offering: We charge a commission from pharmacies of the medication sales
Target: Insurance value based savings, and pharmaceutical data
How will you take care of your entrepreneurial responsibility?
The entire business model and idea stemmed from being able to create a socially sustainable monetization angle.
Entrepeneurial responsibility is a CRITICAL component of the company and my own values. Socially, i am part of an INSEAD initiative where I have to report my actions as a force for good annually.
Ecologically we use 99% recycled plastic and reduce medicine waste. We are actively looking at ways to improve on this
