What will your new startup’s offers be?
My idea is to sell hand-made, original, authentic products at affordable prices online. This idea is beneficial for two parties:
- People with migration background who have difficulty in integration or people with economic problems, they will find proper distribution for their work and will be culturally and economically empowered
- Customers who like these kind of precious products usually find them expensive because they are coming from their origin countries.
Who will be your customers?
The target group is people who like to get special, artistic, handmade or exotic items but are forced to go to fast fashion because of the prices and they are considered luxury and fancy.
How will you make money?
From selling the products online, with a good advertising and marketing plan. In this project shipping costs would be saved, because the products would be send from producer to customers directly. Also storage costs would be saved. Not a lot of employees are required. These savings would reduce the price and increase the revenue.
How will you take care of your entrepreneurial responsibility?
- For the producers: Social inclusion and empowerment while working from home. The products would be ordered according to their quality, popularity and customers feedback, no discrimination at any type.
- For customers: Big brands are avoided because they have huge factories that pullet the environment and are infamous of worker exploitation and child labor. In addition cusotmers would have opportunities to know new cultures and be interested to know more. It is a cultural bridge.
