While most apps offer functionalities like blocking, time limits and web filtering - Monarch AI differentiates itself by providing real-time monitoring and detection of harmful behaviors such as bullying, predatory actions and exposure to inappropriate content.This proactive approach provides a comprehensive solution that not only restricts harmful content but actively safeguards children from real threats online. Our value lies in empowering adults to take timely, informed actions to protect children but to also become the leader in cybersecurity tooling in an increasingly complex digital world.

Monarch AI target groups are parents, guardians and schools. Our goal is to bring a positive change to the world by enhancing the online safety and mental well-being of children. Adults are eager to have a better app that proactively detects and alerts them to harmful online behaviors. Bullying and predatory actions are often precursors to mental health issues like anxiety, depression and even suicide. By enabling timely intervention, we aim to prevent these negative outcomes and foster a safer digital environment.

We plan to generate revenue through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model with two tiers: a Basic plan at $4.50 per month or $50 annually and a Complete plan (which includes AI detection features) at $9.50 per month or $110 annually. Based on our market research, we anticipate reaching 34,000 users across the US and Germany in our first year post-launch. Assuming a conservative split with 60% opting for the Basic plan and 40% for the Complete plan, we estimate potential annual revenue of approximately $2 million by year 3. This projection accounts for monthly and annual subscriptions and aligns with our growth strategy to expand our user base through targeted marketing and strategic partnerships (schools, anti-bullying organizations across both regions).
